End-of-life vehicles are a hard to separate product for recycling. In this direction, disk separators provide high performance screening of crushed automotive scrap by fraction in a confined space, and thereby increase the resource of grinding equipment by supplying only coarse fraction for grinding, and the certified material is displayed at the next stage of processing.

 

METAL ENGINEERING offers a complete solution for the separation of fractions of automobile scrap, which will include storage systems, dosing, screening and transportation of scrap car to the subsequent stages of processing.

 

In the first stages of grinding and screening automobile scrap, for a fraction larger than 10 mm, disk separators are used, for thin screening of material with a fraction less than 10 mm, OS vibratory sieves are used, which automatically produce a screening process.
