DOSER FOR SOLID MATTER PF-DOS
Dosers for solid matter PF-DOS are designed for accumulation and metered supply of solid substrates (corn silage, grass silage, chicken manure, sugar pulp, organic waste, cattle manure, etc.) to the fermenter of the biogas plant or to the equipment downstream.
Volume from 30 to 200 m³.
MAXIMUM VOLUME
Doser for solid matter PF-DOS provide the necessary stock of solid substrates, which allows to reduce the frequency of loading dispensers by the operator.
The substrate-contacting surfaces of the doser PF-DOS are made of wear-resistant stainless steel to ensure a long service life.
Dosers for solid matter PF-DOS are installed on strain gauges to control the supply of the required volume of substrates.
DOSING DRUM
The dosing drum which is established in a zone of unloading of substrates provides reception of raw materials from scrapers with the hydraulic drive and loading on the screw conveyor of the PF-DOS.
The dosing drum is completed with shovels for stirring of raw materials.
The design provides a constant feed rate of solid substrates.
