MSW SEPARATION COMPLEX
Complexes for the preparation and separation of municipal solid waste (MSW) provide high-quality preparation of raw materials for further manual or automatic sorting into components. The capacity of the complex is up to 35 t / h.
The equipment operates in automatic mode and ensures the opening of garbage bags, screening of small fractions (organic waste, sand, glass, stones, etc.) up to 60 (80) mm and the extraction of ferrous metals.
Optionally, the complex can be equipped with eddy current separators for the extraction of non-ferrous metals and posts for the manual sorting of prepared waste.

METERING BIN
MSW is loaded into a metering bin, where the raw material is accumulated and evenly fed for further processing

BAG BREAKER
At this stage, the automatic opening garbage bags without damaging the contents of a package

MAGNETIC SEPARATOR
A magnetic separator mounted above the feed conveyor safely removes ferromagnetic inclusions from the flow of the disclosed material

DISC SCREEN
The disc screen is designed to screening the fine fraction (food waste, stones, sand, earth) from the general stream of MSW, to improve the quality of further sorting
MATERIAL AFTER PREPARATION
FINE FRACTION
< 20 mm
This fraction contains sand, estimates, earth, food waste, small stones, organics, plastic, etc.
This product is sent to composting or burial.
MEDIUM FRACTION
20 - 60 mm
Consists of stones, plastic, metal, organic waste, construction waste.
It is sent for separation (aero separation, eddy current separation, etc.) or for burial.
PREPARED MATERIAL
The disclosed material without the content of a fine fraction (up to 60 mm) and ferrous metal is fed in an even layer for further sorting (manual or automatic)
