DOSER FOR SOLID MATTER MFS
Doser for solid matter MFS is designed for the accumulation and dosing of solid substrates (corn silage, grass silage, bird droppings, sugar beet pulp, etc.) and more viscous ones, such as solid manure to the fermenter of a biogas plant or equipment downstream technological chain.
Volume from 13 to 35 m³.
100% STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTION
Biomass dosing system in combination with our screw conveyors ensures uniform supply biogas plant according to the process requirements.
The contact surfaces of the doser and screw conveyors are made of wear-resistant stainless steel to ensure a long service life of the equipment.
Optionally, the equipment is equipped with a weighing system and to reduce the environmental impact on the product - a hydraulically driven cover.
MIXING SCREWS
The doser for solid matter MFS is equipped with 2 mixing screws, that mix the substrate and prevent "sticking" of raw materials such as solid manure.
The raw material is fed for further processing using a screw conveyor, which is installed over the entire length of the metering doser.
