DISC SCREENS DS LIGHT
DS LIGHT disc screens are designed to automatically separate the substandard fraction from the total material flow, to separate large foreign objects from the raw material flow.
DS LIGHT is especially effective in sifting materials such as fuel for biogas stations (organic and obtained from household waste), bark, compost, fresh wood, wood waste, shredded tires, and ash from incinerators.
The DS LIGHT disc screens consists of a sectional steel frame structure, on which shielding shafts, bearing assemblies and drive elements are mounted.
DS LIGHT disc screens separate raw material from 30 mm to 500 mm.
The machine has a modular design, the number of modules can be adapted according to the desired end result.
MAXIMUM RESULT IN HEAVY-DUTY CONDITIONS
DS LIGHT disc screens are superior in performance, separation quality and operating costs in many areas of drum screens (trommels), vibrating screens, etc. This is especially true for sifting solid household waste, DS VERTEX disc screens allow you to work stably under heavy loads, while drum screens are idle during long-term cleaning of stuck material particles.
Depending on the task, disc screens are equipped with feeders and turner (for loosening the raw material and feeding a uniform layer to the separation zone), conveyors for loading and unloading raw materials. The equipment is designed to work without covering in the open air.
The use of disc screens allows:

EXACT SORTING
The special shape of the DS LIGHT working discs creates exact holes for accurate determination of the size of the raw material, excluding the "blind" zone, which is a disadvantage of classic disc screens.
